TwoEleven automates the front end of government-fraud lead discovery. We use agent pipelines to find high-signal public-record patterns, package the source trail, and help law firms decide which leads are worth deeper review.
Thesis
The bottleneck is not public data. It is first-pass research.
Government-fraud signals sit across CMS data, OIG records, NPPES, LEIE, property rolls, STR records, entity filings, and tax-related public records. Law firms should not spend attorney time finding the first signal. They should spend it deciding which leads are worth prosecuting.
Method
We do the work before the pitch.
Each track has a repeatable pipeline: discover candidates, enrich official sources, benchmark peers, identify alternative explanations, and package a review memo. The output is a lead a lawyer can accept, reject, investigate, refer, or ask us to source again.
